Welcome to the 2021 Summer Institute on Equity in the Academic Experience! 

Each day follows a rhythm of Provocations (whole institute gatherings to spur conversation), Panels (three-at-a-time with both external experts and participating teams to allow for focused exploration of topics*), Office Hours (external speakers will be available for small group consultations), and Team Time (reserved for your team to work on your chosen problem).
